« This is a total sham. A con job. I did not get anything till the last day of this luxurious suite. I originally reserved a house with pool and hot tub. It was a bait and switch, never got an email confirming reservation because you all were giving me a dump of a room, not a house that I reserved. The room is very small the furniture is from the Salvation Army. I have plenty of photos to share with the bbb and all on Facebook. Never have I been treated to this level of crap by your organization....

« The place was clean and the pool was nice with no harsh chlorine smell. There were toys for the pool and ocean. Beach towels were provided as well. Kitchen had all the necessities for cooking. The two rooms apart from the main house had a harsh chemical smell. (Maybe plumbing issue) The gas/hot water was not working for the last two days of our stay. Could not use the stove or dryer. Shower would not get hot. Overall we enjoyed our family vacation in Aruba. »

« Loved this place. Smaller than expected. We needed a clean and refresh of sheets and they were quick and efficient. Very good with communication. Great insight on the island. « Great location. Check in was alittle hectic. Asked owner to checkin at 3:00. Cleaners were there til after 4:00. We wanted to watch world cup games on tv but they didn’t have local availability so couldn’t watch at all. Pool was dirty at times so when I used the net to skim debris out of pool it was full of holes so ineffective. Had to wait for pool to be cleaned before we could use it. « The house was beautiful and fully stocked with dish soap, laundry soap trash bags as well as the bathroom. Their communication was amazing there response time was so quick. I had a medical emergency last day and I asked for a late check out and they made it possible for us. Me and my husband and his parents stayed there we had everything we needed to cook with and more. We will definitely be coming back to visit. Thanks for the wonderful stay. »

« Overall a decent stay, but a few things worth knowing before you book. The rooms weren't the cleanest upon arrival. The WiFi went out on a Friday, which was a major inconvenience, I had an important work meeting and had to find a nearby Starbucks just to get a connection. If you're planning to work remotely during your stay, definitely have a backup plan. Additionally, there was roof work conducted Sunday morning that woke us up earlier than expected. « This was a very unplanned stay. I was able to get this apartment quickly and the staff was very nice and accomodating. The pool was clean and the room was small but nice. It had everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler to use. »
