My family and two other families (8 of us total) took our senior girls on a spring break trip. The management company did an amazing job of keeping all lines of communication open. They accommodated a late checkout for us as well when our flight times changed. The house was clean, had ample supplies, and it was nice having use of the entire property with the 2 apartments in the back. We loved walking to the beach and dinner each night. We only took a taxi one time and really could have walked instead of taking the taxi. The beach has amazing walk-ways that are safe and get you into the main part of the Palm Beach area.
