The microwave wasn't working and housekeeping didn't want to clean my room

Restaurant staff was very slow and flies everywhere in there not worth the money!!

Staff was amazing. Answered any question we had.

Everything was great, except for the very rude bartender.

The first thing that I look for when I head out of town are great reviews. After seeing some pretty good reviews I decided to give this hotel a shot. Im In town with my family for a track meet, and at the last minute another day was added and we have to travel a day earlier. The hotel we originally had booked for the trip could not extend my stay another day. So we had to find another one, everyone that I spoke with here was very helpful, I called to ask if I can check in early and the lady at the front got my signed up for ihg to do so. She even got our room ready early for us. The room was clean and just what we needed for a nights stay. The breakfast was the common items you would get at a hotel. Except they made omelets which is a huge plus for me, I hate fluffy bagged eggs that get opened up and put in the breakfast bar. The coffee machines were a plus as well as the pancake station. Very clean as well. The lady who checked us out was super friendly and spoke to everyone who walked in the hotel and out of the hotel. She was full of jokes, which I love because it makes the conversation feel like she enjoys her job. Lastly, the area around the hotel was really nice and had plenty of walkable restaurants and a Publix. There was also a Huge lake across the street that you can walk around and sit at. Just dont do it in this hot weather.
