"Wonderful location on a secluded island in the centre of Stockholm. It is about a 15 minute walk to Gamla Stan.
The hotel is a historic building in which great care has been taken with the design inside and out. We loved the gardens and it was wonderful to sit outside on the terrace to have breakfast in the glorious summer sunshine. The breakfast was very good- freshly prepared with quality ingredients. "Great hotel with lots of stuff going on, negatives the rooms are a little dark and like so many hotels nowadays they don't make the lighting obvious, breakfast can be busy but they do warn you .. it does have plenty of choice. Beds are comfy and the room has plenty of space. Staff are friendly and helpful and the location is great. Probably a good hotel for those with kids in late teens who want activities or if you're a runner, hiker or kyaker while we're not we found the cocktail bar exceptional which made up! "
