The hotel is in a great location and a beautiful building. We only gave 4* overall because they initially gave us a small double instead of the king we had paid for and the breakfast is basic. Overall expensive for what it is but a nice stay.

We enjoyed the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was very pretty with a nice breakfast. Very close to the T line and walkable to all major city attractions. Loved the quiet street.

Wonderful people at the desk and very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Room was pretty nice. Housekeeping did not replace used bathroom supplies until we asked. I mentioned in passing at the front desk that we were celebrating an anniversary but it was barely acknowledged. Would have thought a hotel of this caliber would have done something. Pretty hotel.

Room, staff, breakfast were all very good. Saw little of the bar, but the service there was also good. We dined in the restaurant twice however, and the meal and drinks were the highlight of the stay. Also, a special mention for the young lady in reception on arrival, who advised us on where to spend New Years Eve, and made reservations accordingly.
