The hotel was very charming, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. We had a very early flight, and they packed a breakfast to go box for each of us. The location was wonderful, in the heart of the Gamla Stan district, and we were able to easily walk to restaurants and shops in the area. I highly recommend Lady Hamilton Hotel.

Charming character full hotel in the centre of the medieval town. Great location, lovely hotel, comfortable clean rooms and wonderful breakfast. Welcoming staff, quiet, friendly, and restful. Good variety of choices for breakfast including a separate Gluten Free counter. Gluten containing breads were separate from the main buffet reducing the risk of cross-contact.

Magical location on Gamla Stan near the Royal Palace and an easy walk to the Tbana. Too many tourists but the architecture and history is worth it. Room was spacious, comfortable and charming. It was also quiet. Included breakfast offered a smorgasbord of possibilities. Staffed 24/7 by helpful staff. Great for serious travelers interested in Stockholm's history and old city.

This hotel is in the heart of Gamla Stan, Stockholm's old town, just a few steps from its main square with restaurants, shops, and the Nobel Museum. It is quirky, filled with memorabilia and antiques related to Lady Hamilton, Lord Nelson's mistress. The rooms are small, but functional. The breakfast is included and excellent. Highly recommended if you are looking for something unique.

This hotel was lovely. It has the perfect mix of modern amenities and old world charm. The staff was world-class - quiet, efficient, good at their jobs. The hotel is right next to the cathedral, so the bell can be heard all night. The hotel provides earplugs, which help, as does closing the windows at night.

My family of ten stayed here at various times in our two vacation. My stay of four days with my four teenage granddaughters was excellent. We had a medical need at midnight on a Saturday and the night staff arranged a taxi efficiently. We wanted to meet two local friends and they offered us space to visit. We had an early departure and they sent sandwiches with us. Conversations with staff were always fun and helpful. Also, the location was great. There is so much history in the neighborhood. Loved it!

Firstly, the staff of the Lady Hamilton was among the best I have ever encountered. I say that as someone who has traveled throuout Europe and the United States. Here are the pros and cons. Pros: STAFF, breakfast, location, playlist, bed comfort Cons: small room, no air conditioning (a necessity after walking around all day), musty smell, little to no surface area to spread out and organize The hotel is charming, yes, but our room was not especially functional if that is important to you.
