The room was clean and spacious for a family room. Check in was via text and did not see any staff. We did have breakfast which was enjoyable. Several cold options. Location was good. Would stay again

The stay at this hotel was by far one of the best. Antonio at the front desk was so helpful, he went out of his way to upgrade us for our 10th year anniversary. Antonio went the extra mile to take us into town, print itinerary for the rest of our trip in Switzerland. The hotel history is rich in culture with amazing amenities. The priceless views over looking the landscape at this hotel is something out of God’s personal photo album. If you have a chance to visit ask for Antonio and he will take great care of you meticulously.

Staff was very friendly. A simple breakfast was offered for an additional charge. Able to walk to dinner. The room was comfortable. They only offered soap in the bathroom - no shampoo, conditioner, or body lotion, though.
