This spacious holiday home situated on a 200 m² estate is located in a quiet area of Zaton. Holiday home of 120 m² is spread over two floors, consists of 2 apartments and is ideal for 6-8 persons.
On the ground floor, the apartment is divided into a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with a shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed for one more person. To the apartment belongs a 30 m² roofed terrace with sun loungers, table and chairs. On the first floor, the apartment is divided into a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. In the living room there is a sofa bed for one person. To the apartment belongs a 10 m² roofed balcony with parasol, table and chairs.
Air conditioning, wireless internet access, SAT TV, indoor fireplace, oven, dish washer, Espresso machine, washing machine, table tennis, 2 bicycles, barbecue in the garden and parking on the property are also available. Baby cot and highchair are available upon request. Pets are welcome.

Jól felszerelt ,tiszta ház, kedves vendéglátók

Jól felszerelt, nagyon tiszta kétszintes ház. Két teljesen különálló lakrész, így 3 fiatal, illetve mi, 2 középkorú pár külön pihenhettünk. A földszinti terasz tájolása nagyon jó, és kényelmes kültéri étkezéshez, beszélgetéshez, mi heten voltunk. A járólappal fedett udvaron asztaliteniszeztünk, a rendelkezésünkre bocsátott pingpong asztalon. A kapszulás kávé finom volt, ami szintén be volt készítve, sőt 1-1 üveg bor is! 2 autóval érkeztünk, a parkolás nem volt gond, a házzal szemben, egész nap árnyékban tudtunk parkolni! Ez nagyon pozitív, nem sok ilyen lehetőség van! A házigazdákkal kiválóan tudtunk németül kommunikálni, nagyon kedves 2 hölgy.
