"As a Hyatt member, I was very disappointed with this stay. I have stayed at Hyatt properties in both Dubai and Los Angeles, and this experience did not meet the standards I have come to expect from the Hyatt brand. The room did not include complimentary bottled water, which was surprising. The bathroom was spacious, but there was no shelf, vanity, or dressing table to keep toiletries and personal items. The shower area had no proper partition, causing the entire bathroom floor to become wet after showering. Housekeeping was also disappointing, as the room was not cleaned during our 2-day stay. The room lacked a microwave, the coffee machine and cups were very small, and the closet/storage space was limited. The breakfast was another major disappointment. Compared to the excellent breakfast selections I have experienced at Hyatt hotels in Dubai and Los Angeles, the quality and variety here were very poor. I would rate the breakfast 2/10. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing Hyatt stays I have experienced. I hope management considers improving the guest experience by providing bottled water, better bathroom functionality, more storage space, improved housekeeping, and a higher-quality breakfast."

"The hot tub jets were not working properly. There was a lot of people living out of their car in the parking lot, along with a few people living there that looked like they were really down on their luck, but they were allowed to stay there. The patios were covered with all of their junk lot of people working on cars in the parking lot. A Nic.\n E place to stay if you're a construction worker. But in the last few months it's really gone downhill. I would not recommend it for families, wives or children. We spoke with the manager and he assured us that everything was fine and that they were just down on their luck. People staying there but very clearly drugs had been an issue in their life."

"It’s ok but not really was great until some forgot about a hot dog in the microwave and the smoke alarm went off. The stall kicked us out the first of our 3 day trip and fire alarm went off for hours said the fire dept shut off. Could have been a great trip but the staff ruined it."

"This beautiful home was perfect for a family gathering. Everything was in functional order, well supplied, and an overall elegant place to stay on a vacation in the middle of Fremont. Access to high quality markets like Whole Foods is in walking distance. Most of all, the host is the best we have ever had. He is very responsive and extremely pleasant. Class Act!"
