After check-in a cleaning service and electrician showed up. The kitchen is beautiful and big but if you intend to cook, there are just a few utensils and dishes, no supplies for cleaning dishes. the shower wasn’t working well and could be more clean. The location was great and the staff friendly. for a group of 6 we needed to ask several times for a second key. The communication before the stay could be more responsive . it has great potential, but a better customer oriented service and sup lies would make it to 4

Very nice and clean apartment, it was comfortable for six people in our case. Convenient location in the downtown of Warsaw. The check in and check out instructions were very detailed and informative and received on time. Communication with the staff was excellent, I received the answer on time. We would definitely use them again. Thank you.
