The breakfast was a great spread, and well-serviced too. There were multiple locations for breakfast, we tried two, both were nice. There was multiple large groups staying at the hotel at the same time, but the breakfast went smoothly. The only issue was waiting for the single lift to go up and down.
The rooms were comfortable. They give a complimentary water bottle every day (if you havent used it up, they wont keep another one).
The location was very convenient.
The Italian restaurant in the hotel was very nice, we had a great meal there.
We were a family of 6 (along with a toddler) and had requested for our 3 rooms to be near each other, which was accepted on the hotels.com messaging service. But we were given rooms on separate floors/ buildings. It wasn't a problem as such, but it would've been more convenient to not keep traveling between the buildings and floors.
Alex, from the Front Desk team assured us that next time they will ensure that this won't happen. Alex was also very helpful in arranging for our luggage to be transported to another city via a taxi service.

"Staff we very friendly and helpful. Biggest drawback was no aircon in August when the temp was over 90%. The was afan but It didn't make abug difference. Hotel was close to the main train station, restaurants and shops, so that was plus. Unless I go during cold seasons, I wouldn't stay there again. ..."
