We went as a family. My dad had some health episodes and the staff was tremendous. They were attentive and called the facility nurse and medic which provided the greatest care for our family. I really love the polite mannerism of all the staff. We were very lucky because of them.

MEMORABLE 4 DAYS STAY IN THE 4 BEDROOM VILLA FOR OUR SON'S 7th BIRTHDAY! The room was spacious and had everything we needed ! The manager made sure that our stay was perfect from the beginning until the very end ! The food was good and the staff super friendly! Special shoutout to Cat Nhien at the Lagoon restaurant ! She is the sweetest, super welcoming and super helpful if you have any questions! The beach is gorgeous! Quiet and very safe ! Our kids especially loved the heated kids pool ! We recommend this hotel and will come back for sure!

Vinpearl Luxury Nha Trang is a fantastic destination. All the staff from the pool attendant to the front desk are ultra friendly, helpful and nice. Vinpearl has a number of resorts on that part of the island but almost all cater to a larger mass market. If you want privacy and laid back beach/pool lifestyle, i can't recommend enough. Back in Saigon and already missing the place.

amazing service, needs a little work on the detail
The service was 5 star -- stunning setting and treated like royalty. Only two things were not great -- the TV was very complicated and "loaded" channels a bit slowly... also the water pressure in the shower was very weak. We did complain about this and they sent someone immediately but I didnt really make a difference

Cannot rate this property as a 5 star. First, need English speaking staff. No tours information at all! Dirty shower and pool in house. Very dirty in sauna and Spa jacuzzi . Air conditioner did not work properly. Too many labours around all day long. Very delicious food but small choices and menu, all the same, only for short stay.

We booked the Luxury beachfront villa - check-in was great. They greeted you as soon as you got to the speed boats and check in was VIP and fast. We had a guest services boy take us to our villa and here is where it all fell apart. Tung - who also goes by Tom - who's English was perfect - dropped us off. We had questions about where to eat dinner - he told us we could only eat at the Wave bar (doesn't serve dinner) or the buffet, there were no other places to eat. We asked him for a map of the Island - he said they were out of maps and there were none online. He said there was nothing else or no where else to go on the island. We felt like once he brought our bags to us and dropped us off that we were on our own and not getting the answers or the customer service we should be at such an establishment where we spent so much a night to say there. We asked Tom to take us around the island and we spoke to a concierge who told us MANY NOT TO MISS things on the Island and gave us a map! On our tour we found out there was numerous resorts there, may restaurants and things to do - ALL of which we had access to because we were staying at Luxury. We IMMEDIATELY changed resorts. For such a high end resort, we should not have had to deal with Tom for a second. The other issue was our view on the lux side. All you see is the city, the Tram and speed boats 24 hrs a day. Pics must have been photoshopped - definitely wasn't worth the money and we were happy to leave Tom and the city view!

Almost there!
Nearly there... Beautifully kept beach, comfortable rooms, great plunge pools. Just need a few finishing more generous touches from their external management. Good food. Had hoped (!) for a yacht as per some of the photos, but transportation across the strait is by the standard vessel, albeit privately. Perhaps things could be just a little more generous to distinguish itself from other properties - charging for water at meals when it's in the mid thirties is poor form, saying no to a family crossing the strait by cable car even as an alternative to the boat (even though when we did go to Vinpearland it was obviously under-used) is dubious, and I'd suggest that there should be some kind of special deal offered for the theme park - even just a simple thing like free food there rather than having to come back to the hotel if your deal is full board - or a reduced ticket entry. Almost there!

This is a really wonderful property. From the minute you are met at the airport the experience is one of a kind. Check in is in a casual setting like meeting an old friend in their living room. Having shellfish allergies they noted this in my profile and by the time I went for lunch the staff was aware and showed me the dishes on the buffet to avoid. Wow what service. I had a oceanfront villa and it was spectacular. Room size was excellent with a nice bathroom and private pool. I could sit on the front porch and see the ocean just steps away. The pool and beach area was so amazing that I never used my private pool. I moved between the two over the several days I was onsite. The staff was excellent and most friendly. Their entire purpose was to make sure you were having a good time and everything you needed was available. Extremely friendly and professional. I had purchased the meal plan and felt the buffet was very good and types of foods rotated daily. In the evening there was a portion of the meal cooked to your liking outside on a grill. I would go back for sure. It is a good place for adults and families.

Oasis away from the city.
Island just just a ferry ride away from the city and busier vibes of Nha Trang beach. ( ferry very 20-30min) 24 hrs a day. Only had two night and didn’t the the island once. Needed more time since there was a great private beach, nice , pool, great food, and even amusement park nearby; with more to come. Will definitely be back one day.

This is a true private island resort experience. Everything is handled for you with wonderful staff and facilities. Very luxurious. We would have liked to had a small boutique high-end gift shop available on property and some entertainment maybe out on the dock in the early evening would have been nice. That said, we were wonderfully charmed by the resort, the service and the staff. We WILL be back!

Exceptional level of service, stunning beach!!
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff during our stay. Every request was met with eagerness and a friendly attitude. We booked a beachfront villa with a private pool only meters to the beach and a 50 meter walk to the main pool. The place feels very private with coconut trees sprawled across the resort. Staff all make a genuine effort to say hello and share a smile each and every time. The level of service is exceptional, especially from the managers withing each department, they get to know your families needs and look at ways to make your holiday experience even better. We had a issue with a neighboring resort where my daughter injured herself (which was also under the same owners). They're response (even though) wasn't them directly was really professional and they really impressed us in making sure we still had a great time.

Ocean view luxury suite

High quality resort
We stayed in a garden villa which was spacious and had its own plunge pool. It was a very quiet and relaxing resort with a huge pool, private beach, gym, spa and a bar out on the jetty. Transferring to resort was easy and the staff were very helpful and polite. High quality golf course and Vinpearl land nearby.

Beach resort luxury getaway
Our stay at Vinpearl Nha Trang luxury resort was amazing from the minute we were picked up at the local airport, to when we were dropped off at a train station at the end of our stay. During our 6 night stay, we spent some time in the pool rain or shine.The main pool is absolutely fantastic with a great layout, plenty of lounge chairs and enough space for everyone to have the feeling of seclusion alongside others enjoying the same experience. The hammocks on the beach, a stone's throw from the pool, are an enjoyable way to spend an afternoon while reading, dozing and taking quick quick dips in the refreshing and rather warm warms off Hon Tre Island. A huge thank you to all the staff who were simply amazing and thoughtful during our stay. One regret is that we didn't get the chance to ride the cable car or try the amusement park, guess this will be experienced another time.

Fantastic experience - made to feel like royalty.
Early check-in, late check-out offered - didn't even have to ask. Staff are so friendly & helpful. Premises is absolutely stunning. Couldn't recommend it more. Was a great treat after travelling from north to south over course of a month. I'll be back for sure :)

Perfect ending!
We started out our first visit to Vietnam with a fast paced culinary tour of Ho Chi Minh City. After a whirlwind of activity we booked four nights at Vinprearl Luxury. Let's just say it was a perfect end to a perfect vacation. It started with a first class trip from the airport followed by a seamless check-in. We were then shown to our duplex villa perched hilltop amongst a wonderful garden with a seaview. We were greeted with spa like aromas and a very well appointed room. Everything was first class from the extensive daily buffet to the large beautiful pool to the white sand blue water beach, but nothing compared to the over the top staff who were at our beckoned call and accommodated every request. Shout out to Tahn our lovely concierge! As a world traveler a can truly say that this is a five star resort and would recommend it to any discerned traveler. Anyone who says different should have their head examined.

Our honeymoon stay at Vinpearl was amazing. We had a really lovely introduction, whisked across the ocean on a boat to what only seemed like a movie. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. One barmaid in particular, Hoa went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and made our stay extra pleasant. No regrets staying here. It's worth every cent.

My husband and I spent 3 nights at the Vinpearl Luxury during our 2 week honeymoon in SE Asia. Overall the resort was very beautiful, although it felt a bit manufactured. We had the all inclusive plan which included breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were disappointed to find out that this only included a buffet (the same buffet for all meals every day). At all inclusives I've been to in the past there are always multiple restaurant options for dinner (at least). We got sick of going to the same buffet for 3 meals a day and we were only there for 3 days. The food isn't bad necessarily, it just gets redundant and was not what we were expecting. Aside from that though, the staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. We especially liked Hoa, a bartender at the Wave bar!

Felt like a millionaire for 4 days staying here!
What a crazy beautiful surprise this place was! We booked as our 'beach break' part of a whole of Vietnam trip and it exceeded our expectations! From the personal airport pick up and private SPEED BOAT to the island to the mini golf cart that picks you up there and takes you to reception and your room...this place is luxury and a place to be spoilt rotten. Our room with private garden plunge pool was stunning and the hotels public pool a giant lake with hammocks on the central island for shady chilled reading! We didn't even know when we booked but the room included breakfast, lunch and dinner, from the most sensational buffet I have ever encountered with every type of food available from vietnamese (pho, fresh rolls and noodles) to the fresh cooked to order, pick your own seafood and meat barbeque outside, they even provide the cheese platter options for after dessert! The service was sensational and they even helped my boyfriend plan a romantic lantern lit dinner out on the terrace (the beach was too windy on the night :o( ) for my birthday. This place even has a private funfair and waterpark (free for us of course) that is open 12 hours a day and was mostly deserted...a crazy addition to our vietnamese holiday! But would 100% recommend it....SO SO SO worth the money as unless you are buying cocktails and lots of alcohol (mostly western prices for these) you wont spend a penny!

The hotel is simple beautiful and romantic, suitable as Getaway. There were a lot of kids also, but didn't seam so nosy. The staff is really helpful and friendly, they really do there best to make you satisfied. The surroundings offer great space for everyone, not over crowded anywhere, a lot of space around the pool and at the beach, which also is really great. Here you find a beach bar, nice sandy beach, palms and a lot of sunbeds with space between. If your a golfer it's really a beautiful place to play, really amazing. Didn't try the hotel restaurant, but the breakfast is among best we had in 5-star hotels. The location is great, with free boat shuttel to the city every 30 min. Everything here were great, nothing worth to complain about. Rate it the higest even we tried more romantic Getaways, it belongs in the top and is worth another visit.

Fantastic Resort
We were very happy with this resort. Beautiful setting with a large pool, private beach, well equipped and modern gym and most importantly free wifi everywhere. Rooms where large, beautifully designed, comfortable and modern. Every room had a private plunge pool. Food at the resort was fantastic! If you or the kids get bored you can take them to the adjoining Vin Pearl Land for free! Would definitely go again.

Experience of vin pearl luxury
The resort is located amongst beautifully maintained exotic gardens right on the white soft sand private beach blue sapphire sparkle enticing me to relax. The magnificent pool area beckons as the spa experience competes for my indulgence.......how many ways to experience luxury... My accomodation is the perfect mix of contemporary with all current needs wifi, electronic control of all comforts....simply so easy..... I am relaxed now.

overall great hotel with great service. Though the quality of english speaking staffs is variable. Disappointed, no Coco or hot chocolate. Some staffs can be impolite to hotel guests some times at the restaurant. The pick up from airport and check in was excellent but the drop off to airport could definitely improve with better vehicle. Never been so car-sick before for 40 minutes trip. Should have their cars update. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Lunch and dinner menus are somewhat limited. Reception, tour desk, concierge ... staffs were excellent. Improvement with extra towel and robes and slippers would be great while confirmed on booking and subsequent communication that there would be extra child staying in the room (being charged for). Great hotel, attention to minor details will make this hotel an excellent perfect escape paradise.
