« We stayed for 2 nights. The first night, they directed us to 2 rooms (which was unclean) We had to go back and forth inside the elevator to inform front desk that we cannot sleep in that condition and that the rooms weren’t ready. The beds weren’t made up, the tv wasn’t working, there was old food in the garbage, and the shower water had no pressure at all. The second night we booked for a suite and there was no utensils.
