This is one of those places where you seldom see staff. Everything can be done through your phone. Check in / check out / door locks / luggage storage can all be done without involving a human - which I didn't mind.Hotel was clean and very well situated. Rooms were a bit "thumpy." I kept hearing what sounded like furniture being moved around or sacks of potatoes being tossed around. Never figured out what the commotion was, but it was consistent. Overall a recommend.

"Property had the unfortunate limitation of losing water (the entire region lost water) the day we arrived which limited what we could do as well as what venues near us (pubs restaurants) could do. Staff was very up front and helpful as much as they could be. Very good location."
