"Most hotels offer a continental breakfast or at least coffee. Not here. In fact, there is a breakfast monitor that hides out somewhere only to materialize once your plate is full - demanding a ticket. Breakfast is $18 once taxes are figured in and you don’t even have the option of pancakes or waffles Just some powdered eggs and a few sides. It’s unfortunate to treat guests cheap and stingy. It’s wild to also be rude. It’s the same thing with the maid service After our third day we had asked for our room to be cleaned and we told No we weren’t on her list so we asked for some additional supplies and we’re also denied The front desk employees are pleasant to deal with, and they were able to sort all that out and we got some additional towels and supplies. Facility was in good shape. Nothing was dirty or broken. It just seems like they’re on a strict budget because they can’t seem to provide any of the niceties you would expect from this brand hotel."

"The rooms were nice. We loved the little deck that allowed us to sit outside and drink our morning coffee while we watched people walk by with the ocean view. The railings were lacking the corner post covers but that didn’t impact safety only aesthetics. Was interesting that the bottom sheet was not fitted so it was a struggle to keep them on the bed. We appreciated being able to use bicycles, beach chairs and an umbrella."
