"Need to train your front desk staff to be a little more courteous and kind. Many people have a language barrier and do not always understand the English language. I was waiting in line when a black lady at the front desk raised her voice at another lady waiting in line to stand back and not approach the counter. The lady didn’t understand and came forward and she again raised her voice at the poor lady and told her “stand back DO NOT come to the counter “ she was very rude."
"This hotel is right next to Times Square so for the price the location is excellent. Check in was easy and there was a lift. The room was basic, we were at the front of the building so it was very noisy right through the night so make sure you have eat plugs. The air conditioning was also noisy we switched ours off to sleep. Overall great location and the staff were very helpful."
"This was a great retreat right in the middle of Times Square. Clean hotel with restaurants, bars and a pool. Rooms were cute and comfortable. Had a coffee maker and free water. Bed was comfortable large, bathroom was clean. Room service came daily. Only cons are that the elevators can be slow at peak times. But you will have that anywhere with more than 10 floors. Did not run into a single unfriendly staff member."
