Communication is a big issue. The listed number did not have voicemail capability. Staff are not local most likely overseas best time to call and get response is between 6 am - 10 am EST. Dryer was not functioning during entire stay. Customer support indicated local support would be contacted. Never heard from anyone. Do not expect to watch anything other than Netflix during stay. Hulu was not available as advertised and local channels not available. Great location, adequately clean. Deposit refunded within 2 days

I was concerned when I arrived because I was in the heart of downtown during the World Cup, and this clearly was a bustling location. The clientele all appeared well-heeled and ready for a good time. I personally prefer a low key quiet stay, and I expressed that desire to the staff. They reserved me a beautiful room on a higher floor. I told them that I am partial to quite few pillows and found a veritable pillow fort waiting for me! I had asked for a steamer to prepare a dress for an event I was attending and one was brought to me almost immediately. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The hotel itself if beautiful. Truly the only constructive feedback I could give was that there was no jam with my croissant, and no English Breakfast tea in my room. Both entirely non-issues. I will absolutely be staying here again.

Took too long to check in. The wifi connection required too much information, selling you on things, asking for surveys, etc. I just want to connect and check my email after a long trip. Other than that - clean hotel. Room was ''European small'' but I don't mind that. It was clean and comfortable, with excellent temperature control and the location was great.

I had a party of 4 booked a suite with multiple beds. Called 2 days ahead to ask them to prepare the sofa bed for us with extra pillows and blankets. We checked in at 8 pm, 4 hours after the official check in time. The front desk told us a service guy would come to our room to set up the sofa bed. Something they could have improved; The guests had already called to set up the sofa bed, and they still were not ready at 8 pm. All of the amenities only had 2 sets, not 4. We had to call them to give us 2 more sets and we had to wait for an hour. During that time, we had to call 3 times to the front desk to remind them. Overall, I’m very disappointed on how they serve for larger parties like ours.

Our stay was good but had to change rooms because there was a weird slightly rotten smell in the room.
