Gorgeous two-bedroom, two-bath condominium with spectacular views of white, sandy beach in New Smyrna Beach, on the central east coast of Florida. Enjoy a brightly decorated condominium with a beach theme flair.  
  
This well-appointed condominium is located in lovely Castle Reef, a beautifully landscaped resort complex on the southern part of New Smyrna Beach. Enjoy the sunrise from your large porch overlooking the ocean, pool, and tropical courtyard. Savor the unencumbered beauty and tranquility of the no-drive beach - step from the pool deck onto the white sand of the Atlantic Ocean to swim, surf, bicycle, or search for shells. Amenities include a beautiful oceanfront, large heated pool (winter months), kiddie pool, clubhouse, tennis/pickleball court, shuffleboard, gas barbecue grills, and a large patio gazebo. Castle Reef is conveniently located across the street from restaurants and a grocery.  
  
This beautiful beach getaway is located on the fourth floor, convenient to the elevator and laundry, and with excellent views of the ocean. The master offers a king-sized bed, with a large ocean view and a private bathroom. The second bedroom is brightly decorated with a two new twin beds and ample storage and drawer space. The kitchen has been completely renovated, with granite countertops, new cabinetry and brand-new appliances - microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice maker. Air conditioned and ceiling fans in all rooms for added comfort. Flat screen TVs, and WIFI available. Fully equipped for your perfect vacation. Washer and dryer are onsite but not in unit.  
  
New Smyrna Beach was voted 'Best Beach in Florida' by the readers of FLORIDA MONTHLY MAGAZINE and is the preferred beach area of local central Florida residents. Coastal Living Magazine calls NSB "Florida's Charmingly Hip Surf Town." Enjoy art galleries, live theater, shopping, and dining.
