Step into a tropical paradise at our stunning 1st-floor beachfront condo, just steps away from two refreshing pools—one heated, the other cooled—right on the sand. This beautifully appointed condo has been meticulously designed for comfort and convenience, offering all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Recently renovated with brand-new furnishings as of February 2024, it boasts a cozy, open-concept living space, including a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and a dining area that comfortably seats six. After a fun day at the beach, unwind in the living room, complete with a massive 90-inch LED Smart TV. Kick back in one of the two full-size recliners, or stretch out on the brand-new full-size sofa bed. The condo also offers a well-stocked game cabinet, filled with board games, puzzles, and DVDs for all ages, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi (200 Mbps) to keep you connected. Need to catch up on work? The guest bedroom features a versatile folding desk, which can be used anywhere in the condo for your convenience. The entire condo underwent a complete renovation in May 2024, ensuring you enjoy a fresh, modern space throughout your stay. When it's time to rest, retreat to the plush king-size bed in the master bedroom, or let the kids drift off to sleep in the guest bedroom, which offers two twin beds with Tempurpedic mattress pads. There's also a twin XL folding cot with a Tempurpedic mattress for extra flexibility. If you prefer, you can also relax on the sofa bed in the living room. Since the condo is located on the ground floor, you can keep an eye on the kids at the pool directly from your living room, or step out onto your private lanai, just steps from the pool. The shared courtyard features a cozy outdoor "living room" with comfy seating, and the sundeck offers stainless steel professional gas grills, brand-new shuffleboard courts, and plenty of seating for socializing or enjoying a meal with a view of the ocean. For those who love to swim, you have two large pools to choose from: one for those hot days and another heated pool for cooler months. Plus, we provide four beach chairs, coolers, a beach cart, kids' toys, and noodles, so you can make the most of your beach experience. The Pelican Resort is ideally located just minutes from Flagler Avenue and one of Florida's last driving beaches, where you can drive your vehicle right onto the sand and park just steps from your condo. For over 30 years, the Pelican has been the top choice for family vacations in New Smyrna Beach. Come and discover why! We love the convenience to the beach and 2 pools. The condo was very clean and like that it is right next to the pool on bottom floor. The unit had everything we needed for our week there. The ground-level condo facing pool and ocean was perfect for our family of four, making beach and pool viewing and entry easy. A warm, nicely decorated condo made me feel at home. The only drawback was that we had to wash every bed linen before our 1000am check-out time. It definitely changed the dynamics to checking out...especially with our tweens. So while I'd rate that experience lower, I'd rate the hosts and the condo high ratings. I'd definitely stay again. They provided everything for a much needed weekend getaway. The owners were easy to communicate with which is always a plus and we only needed to because the building letter was left off of the suite # and we did not know there were 4 buildings, oops! Anyway, no biggie because owners were quick to respond. There are books, games, blankets for rainy days and beach towels and chairs for the sunny ones. It is not super close to Flagler but not too far either. You will want to drive unless you are looking for some good exercise before eating. And then you can have a golf cart taxi bring you back! The pools are great and have a deep end, yay! The suite had all the kitchen equipment we needed. There were plenty of bath towels, wash clothes, even body soap, s&c dispensers in both showers. I realize this review is all over the place but I want you to know I feel as though you can’t go wrong renting this suite, we definitely would again! Thank you guys! ##### Carrie W.
