Also from the front gate access you are connected to the Scenic Coastal Walkway where you can cycle and walk past some of New Plymouth's best swimming beaches & golf courses and into the CBD, a thirty minute scenic walk. Parklands shops area is a three minute drive away for your holiday shopping needs and a great coffee fix. Garage is available, as is a clothes washer and dryer. It’s a minute or two walk to the water, and a 15 minute drive to the heart of the city.
