"Room was clean and staff were great"

"Was staying late in town after a charity casino and booked a room. The single queen room was large and clean. The hotel is a bit dated but rooms were refreshed and comfortable, bathroom on the smaller side but worked fine, and bed was comfortable. Though I didn't use them for my stay, I was surprised to see a large bar fridge and a microwave, and of course the standard coffee maker. Vending machines were available and a restaurant/bar attached on main level, with McDonald's a quick walk across the parking lot. Friendly front desk staff and loved meeting Ghost, the friendly hotel cat. Ample parking and there is an elevator for those who need one. Great stay at a fantastic price if you are aren't fussed about having simpler amenities and decor. Would absolutely recommend and return."

"I cancels my stay immediately upon arrival. Booked a whole house and ended up with a basement bedroom and shared accommodations for the rest of the house including the bathroom. Ad was completely misleading and I would have never of booked a shared accommodation. "
