New Market Vacation Packages

Just stayed a week there . Pool was small but nice . Hot tub was not running which we didn't use due to potential issues with no continuous motion. Then went across the street to the beach area which is amazing!! Chairs ,food , and drinks all readily available. Water and sand best i have ever been in . It was pool like clear and mostly calm waters . Definitely laid back at this resort so if you like non hussle of big resort this is the place for you. Food was good but if looking for alot of choices this is not your place . Most food I had here was hot ,fresh , and tasted good. Room was good and nature feel of resort was wonderful.

Staff could be a little bit more pleasant. Food was below average except for Sugar Cane. The day of check out, we had 4 group of staff members that came to our door started from 8:30 to 10 reminding us that check out is at 12. Which to us was unnecessary since we knew that we were supposed to leave anyway. We had dirty glasses that stayed in our room for 2 days. It was so bad that ants was all over it. For a place that been open for only 5 years, they need to do better.

Love the property! Had a great time. But the lazy river was not open, which was a big disappointment. Overall the food was great. We had the best time at the Japanese restaurant that had to be reserved. The chef was sooooo entertaining and the food was absolutely amazing!!! The food at the market buffet was great too, love the made to order omelettes. Really liked the coffee shop too. The nightly entertainment was absolutely The Best!!! We’ve been to many all-inclusive resorts and Ocean Coral was top notch, hands down our favorites of all time. Every night was fantastic and very entertaining!!! The Michael Jackson show is a “must see”! I also have to say that Latoya at the check-in counter is amazing too!!! She was helpful, courteous, and professional. I don’t know if she’s in management, but she should be!!! We’ll definitely be back again some day!

All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...
