"No blankets were given, key didn’t work we have to wait 1 hr to get our door fixed, but was uncomfortable and very dirty"

"Breakfast was just ok-no yogurt or fresh fruit. Eggs didn’t look too fresh. Staff put us in a room right next to the elevator, heard that all night long. Tub had a hair in it, dusty behind the nightstand. Was ok for just one night, Would probably not stay here again "

"The place had super kind workers but the overall building smelt like mildew. Like it did the job for my visit but I don’t wish to return. Such a bummer too bc the people were very kind. Didn’t try the pool tbh just working lol."

"Brand new— very clean—rooms are well thought out— I’ve stayed in numerous North Haven places and none compares and some are downright awful— and his is the best value in this price range"

"Room was decent however the bathroom and tub and floor tile especially were dated and OLD. Thank goodness it was just one night - could not step into that bathtub. Fri night- highway traffic was noisy so rooms definitely could use sound proofing. Do not recommend staying. Lobby and breakfast areas were nice. "

"I had a large room with king bed. It was clean but nothing in the room was new. The door had gaps all the way around it and would shutter if someone else closed their door by. The shower was fine and had good pressure. I didn't have the breakfast as I left before it was being served. There was a great diner in the same parking lot. Unfortuneatly I did get a wiff of pot every once in awhile."

"From the first moment I walked into my hotel room it smelled strange. About 10 minutes later a man in the room next door was being loud and using the f and n word repeatedly. On top of that he had a loud woman, crying baby, and barking dogs. Also, across the hall there were toddlers that kept trying to open my hotel door from the hallway. On our last day there I wanted room service and my son was almost dressed so we could leave the room. Instead of waiting just 30 seconds she handed me a stack of towels and washcloths and left. I realized later what the strange smell was because it kept coming into our room. It was the neighbors smoking marijuana. I also smelled and saw people doing it in the parking lot. All of this kept happening during our five day stay. The day we checked out there was nobody at the front desk until a woman that just showed up had to go back and get a guy who seemed like he didn't have a clue what was going on. This was a terrible experience and will never book here again."
