"We were in town to celebrate my son's college graduation, and stayed at this beautiful home about 30 minutes from Quinnipiac University. The house was very clean and the check in process was smooth. Stacie was extremely responsive to our inquiries, despite being on vacation in a different time zone. "The views of the ocean are even better in person. Saw beautiful colors during sunset. The close proximity to the beach is great. Mostly calm and shallow water. The house was very comfortable and communication with Meridith was great. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Our stay here was very pleasant. The home was clean & up to date. The neighborhood is a nice area. Easy access to everything. Not too far from the beach. The Host was very nice. Always responded in a timely manner. Checked in to see if more supplies were needed during the stay. Will highly recommend & return if needed."

"Very nice place, stay there for a couple of nights for a get together, plenty of room. Only problem was some of the cleaning supplies where locked away where we couldn’t access it so we had to bring a mop and other supplies."

"We stayed here while our floors were being redone. It was a great rental. We worked the whole time, so I really liked that it had a dedicated office (that could be turned into a bedroom, if needed). It was light and bright and clean. It had everything we needed. The house is on a cul-de-sac and seemed like a safe street. All the neighbors were very friendly. It's very close to the beach and the Woodmont area of Milford, which is beautiful for walks along the water."

"The place is at the top of a hill near a park and up the street from the beach. There are stairs and a driveway that require some dexterity. The backyard was cute with the neighbors' barking dogs right on the other side. This is the first floor apartment, so you will hear the upstairs tenants. The thermostat was broken, but Vinny took care of the situation. Overall, it was a comfortable situation even if priced rather high for being off season."
