As I went to check in the power went out and came back on. Many people started calling the front desk and stated they could not use their TV. Our whole Friday-Sunday stay we had no TV. The pool heater was broken so we also could not use that. The women the evening of check-in were very nice. The next day the guy at the front desk told my husband he’d call up to our room regarding the TV situation… he never did. The bartender could care less about servicing people. The other doors you couldn’t access into the hotel either.

Enjoyed our stay despite the toilet getting stopped up, the tv not working, and the AC dying. Except for the AC, everything was fixed quickly. Staff reacted in a friendly and cooperative manner.
Karaoke in the Bistro was great fun. Chocolate martinis were amazing.
We would happily stay here again.

Everything was clean, pool was clean and my son really enjoyed it. The free breakfast was great with a lot of options. The location was perfect for Hershey Park. The only negative was our room was right by elevator which was very noisy and there were a lot of kids there for an event and they were very noisy until late at night which was rude and disruptive. Did not get much sleep, but that’s not really the hotels fault - that’s on the adults who were chaperoning the kids.
