"My wife and I were taking an anniversary trip and this place was great! We walked in to nice music playing on Alexa and everything was clean and comfortable inside. It also has 3 seating areas outisde: on the deck with padded chairs, on the patio around a gas fire pit, and a wood fire pit in the yard with a string of lights. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Liked the cottage, and the outside lights. Very quiet area. Was very disappointed that we could not fish in area. the space around our dock and several others in the area were completely dry. The sunrise and sunset were beautiful. We would rent again, but maybe a different time of the year."

"We found the cabin to be very clean and comfortable. It should be mentioned that in order to enter the bathroom you have to walk through the main bedroom. Both bedrooms could use side tables and lamps. Make sure you have a vehicle that will make it up the steep driveway. Our Host was very attentive and quick in taking care of any needs we had. "

"We had a wonderful stay in the cabin. Beautiful decor and so fresh and clean. We had everything we needed there. Nice new appliances and TV options but we spent all our time out on the screened in porch. So relaxing and our lake view had gorgeous sunsets both evenings. Will recommend to my friends!"

"The property has the a great view of the lake and was perfect size for our family of 4 please our labradoodle. The dock and boat ramp was used for our fishing. Dock recently repaired (actually brand new it appeared). The entire property very peaceful.Swimming pool was perfect and clean.The home has up to date applicances and a grill available for meals. "This was my first vrbo rental and i was blown away with the experience the host was great the house was perfect for what we wanted to do it was close to Barkley watersports jet ski rentals that was fun also it was 4th of july so we had fun with some fireworks just a good time all around and the notes around the house made you feel like all was ok just have fun and we did thanks"

"The property was previously the parents/grandparents residence, so there are still many of their family and personal effects in the home. For some, there may be too many family items, it is as though they simply packed their clothes and left. It was okay for us. We enjoyed the front porch and the location was perfect. We loved the quiet, and being close to Murray was exactly what we were looking for."

"Our stay was great even with the weather getting bad. It is a great place to stay. We had a view of the lake from our window. There was a nice deck with tables where we watch the ducks over looking the lake as well.We will definitely come back again. You can't go wrong if your looking for a good place to stay. It was really peaceful and easy place to relax. "
