"The room was clean, but the faucet in the bathroom didn’t work. The hotel is animal friendly which we do not have a problem with. However the people across from us either weren’t there or let their dog bark continuously. Also just note you are responsible for your own trash removal or you will be charged. We left for the day and when we returned our code wouldn’t work to our room. When we went to the desk to report it, no one was there and there is a note saying if you have problems and no one is at the desk call this number or call Holiday Inn next door. "

"The experience I had at this hotel was excellent. The staff was very friendly, kind, and accommodating. Very personable and welcoming. The room was very clean and the included morning breakfast was a huge plus. I’m glad I booked a 3 night stay here while traveling to Indianapolis for The Final Four. "
