« Who ever made my bed should be fired. Sorry my options! Why would you have a heavy bedspread then use the heavy shame for your third and fourth pillow? I don’t want to play with a pillow sham. As for the person who made the bed, the sheet was hanging on the floor. Management needs to double check. Also you have next to none thing for breakfast, so why all the tables? No hot food, just cereal??? Or you can microwave the three choices of frozen something! »

« I arrived and was told my room had been sold, even though there were NO cars in the parking lot. The smell in the office was atrocious and the attendant was struggling to communicate with me, little English apparently. He seemed to be trying to sell me a different room but the looks and atmosphere of the place and his demeanor were so awful I told him I was not interested in a different room. He told me to go on the website and cancel, and when I did, he had marked me as a no show. »
