"The house is clean and well kept. There are 2 bedrooms, one upstairs and one on the first level which was great to have the teens upstairs and the adults down. Great beds and lots of pillows. Bring any extra bedding if you need someone to sleep on the couch or floor. Great communications with Dana. Super responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again."

"We were just passing through Louisville, but I wish we could have stayed longer! This house was lovely...everything was updated but it still had the historic home charm. Host provided tons of recommendations for food and activities in the area, most all of them within walking distance. If we're ever back, we will definitely stay again!"

"We were in town from Ohio for a dog show at the Kentucky Exposition Center. We brought an adult greyhound and a puppy. The house is very dog friendly in that there is no carpeting and the back door exits directly into a small fenced in back yard. Everything was very clean. The beds were great. There were plenty of bath towels. The appliances are all new. The TV's were wonderful! The listing said there was a grill. We brought our own charcoal and food to cook out but couldn't find the grill...

"Wonderfully nice property - so clean and new. My only complaint is I would want blinds on the hallway windows for privacy. Other than that - great, and I would stay there again."

"The whole time we stayed here, my friends went on and on about how cute the house was! For our purposes, we especially enjoyed having a living room with a lot of sitting, a large TV, and connected to the kitchen with a bar area! The hosts loaded up the house with snacks, sweets, books, games, and all the other little things we didn't realize we needed. If I need a place to stay in New Albany again, this will be my go-to!"

"The house was great. Although the steps to the upstairs bedroom were a bit steep (I need to lose some weight and get a new knee! LOL). We had plenty of room and the dogs loved their sniffy walks in the woods. Tons of parking! Sad that this was a working trip and we didn’t have much time to spend relaxing at the cabin. Close to grocery and restaurants. Great communication with the host. Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs comfortable space!"
