"Checking out was not easy"

"Although the hotel room was very nice…I doubt if I would stay there again. During our whole stay we were not able to use the hot water in the shower. It was warm. I called down to the front desk twice. Unfortunately nothing was done about it. We are very serious about the bathroom being clean and being to shower with hot water."

"Proximity to get in the city. Free parking and the rooms were comfortable. Enjoyed the pool area and buffet."

"We love the flamingo habitat fill with joy fishes. and the pelican ponds with turtles . Prime locations. , window could be cleaner since our view was so beautiful with the cesar palace and Bellagio fountain right in front of our room, it was a little blurry to to the window was dirty. Should have more lounge chairs at the pool."

"The room we booked is for 4 people, however they only provided has two sets of towels. I kept on calling and asking that we needed more towels, we did not receive any. That is why our stay was terrible for us. The bathtub looks like it is going to be broken very soon."
