"Our room could use some TLC. The cold water Spicket was hard to turn. And it looked like there is some touchup paint that didn’t dry and so the door showed areas of peeling paint in the door sticking. We enjoyed the pool. It was nice to just leisurely wade in the pool. The air conditioning unit worked well not too loud and noisy. The line was long and so we used the kiosk to check in.. It was a little confusing and didn’t respond well. Needed help,there was someone there to help us. it was a new experience getting our own room keys. But they did work no malfunctions."

"I had an excellent stay at this resort! The property was beautiful, comfortable, and had so many great amenities to enjoy. The pool area was especially nice and provided a relaxing atmosphere to unwind. We spent most of our time at the lazy river. The lazy river was one of the highlights of the resort! It was relaxing and enjoyable, with a calm, peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to unwind and just float along. It was a great way to cool off, enjoy the beautiful surroundings, and spend some leisurely time at the resort. I also really enjoyed the barbecue area, which was a great option for spending time outdoors and enjoying a meal. Everything was well-maintained, and there was plenty to do without even having to leave the resort. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!"

"We found a used facecloth in our room on the shower. And there was no compensation for this. We asked for extra toilet paper on our late checkout and never did receive any. They forgot to let the staff know we had a late checkout. We had two different people knock on our door and had to still call the front desk and wait in queue to talk to someone to let them know. Self check in was a nice option and quick to beat the line."
