The location of the hotel is great, with a metro nearby and walkable to one part of the city center. The hotel is clean and pretty, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The only reason I gave it a four, which others may think is fine, is that the (small) room is really small; it is fine with the restaurant being expensive but what really matters are the choices of the menu. My room is facing the inside/roof of the other building; not a pretty sight but was quiet (which is what important to me). I did appreciate the hotel giving a welcome drink and snack at their bar though.

The hotel was lovely and very close to the underground. The room was very warm when we arrived late at night and tried the air conditioning but it didn’t work using the remote control. Was told by reception that the A/C is not on during the winter months (end Mar/begin April - across Austria they said) and told to use thermostat on radiator but opened the windows instead which was fine but a bit of road/street noise outside. Enjoyed our stay though.
