Neuhaus Vacation Packages

The breakfast was pretty good. It would be even better if they had fruits and some healthier food. But I am aware that this is too much to expect from a hotel at this price range. They did their best to serve me bread without glutein. The room was rather simple but it was clean and the view was awesome. I wouldn't call it luxurious, but If you are looking for a hotel with a reasonable price, right at the heart of Hamburg, you must put this one at the top of your list.

Lovely staff, apartment was spotless and well equipped. Only teeny downside was the lifts being out of service. Great location - no hesitation to recommend

Great front desk staff in the afternoon and morning. One thing needs major attention that is the light sensors in the common area and specifically the stairs. It’s complete dark when you enter the stairs to catch the elevator and it takes significant amount of time and movement in the stairs to get the sensor working. Very risky

Staff was courteous and the room was clean. The hotel is close to the central train station for Hamburg, although the neighborhood is not great.

Everything was excellent from start to finish! Spa was amazing best massage! Bar were awesome especially their staff Alden. Khan and Michela! We had the best time!
