"A cosy sea front hotel above a pub. Room 404 had superb bay window for admiring the view of the beach and sea across to The Spinaker Tower. The room is bright ,warm plenty of lights, mirrors and storage. A few things are a bit tired, curtains don't close properly, chest of drawers damaged and sink worn but comfortable bed and efficient shower over bath .Friendly staff and guest entrance when staff not on duty. Good value ."

"We had a lovely 2 nights in the crows nest which was such a great find! Views across the Solent are amazing, we loved watching all the boats, ferries, windsurfers and kite boarders from the apartment and balcony. The binoculars at the property were well used by us! We’d definitely stay again, it was a great base for us to get to the IOW steam railway and Sandown by the Downs Breezer open top bus."
