This house worked out perfectly because it had a studio like apartment in the basement for my son and his wife and then the main house had a loft and two other bedrooms, bath and laundry. The best kitchen we've ever had. Only needed a small saucepan. A few issues, the ice maker and water on the fridge didn't work and the master bathroom light annoyingly flickers.I hear the grill was difficult. Cleaning wise, it could have been searched better for former guests belongings (toothpaste tubes, clothing)...
