"We booked for 4 nights as a couples break but loved it so much that we put our flights back 3 days and booked to stay a further 3 nights on the hotels.com app. Beds are hige and very comfortable. Room is huge and clean/ brand new condition. Very modern. "

"Guests are rude. Very long queues for food, you need to queue for 20mins to get anything. In order to have a balanced meal with meat & veg & salad you need to queue 3 times = 60 minutes in queues for every meal. Food the same every day, not a great standard. Very limited drinks, often only water available. Sun beds always available - a huge bonus! Water park is great fun - water very cold."

"Personnel horrible pas un seul n'a dit bonjour merci ou au revoir, antipathique. Le parking, une escroquerie. Payer 7.50€ par jour pour que la voiture soit garée devant la barrière et non à l'intérieur du parking... On a bien énervé le gardien qui nous a vu rentrer dans la nuit.... Une bière au bar piscine à l'intérieur, 3€ la Stella Artois... Véritable arnaque... La nourriture est juste infecte et hyoer salée,,, merci pour les personnes au régime sel.. En période de covid.. Tous les clients...

"Food not really edible, we should have had 21 meals there but had 4, so spent a fortune on eating out. Wine machine in dining room never worked, staff were mainly rude. Not enough sunbeds, towels left at stupid hours even though not used all day. Snacks exactly the same every single day. Twin rooms are absolutely tiny, cannot get passed each other. The all inclusive lager louts were like Brits abroad and so embarrassing, drunk at midday, male and female with young kids, absolutely disgusting...
