Good experience

Good very clean hotel with friendly stuff. Nice, but a bit small pool for the size of the hotel. Good breakfast. Convenient location - few minutes walk to the sea and many good restaurants around.

What a fabulous stay. Was welcomed and had a great room. Very clean and very comfortably bed. Dinner and breakfast was great and staff were very polite and attentive. We were even given a comp 6 hour late checkout which added to our comfortable stay. Will def return when back in the area.

reception, restaurant, bar and cleaning staff were nice and helpful. i recommend to extend the breakfast time to 10:30 am and the swimming pool to 7:00 or 8:00pm. the air conditioner in the room was bad especially during the day. wifi was very week at the room.

Last minute we reserved and arrived almost at midnight, it was good and efficient only the sofa bed was not ready dressed to use so that was my only bad thing about it!

The hotel is overall good. But the WiFi and Tv entertainment is appalling. WiFi keeps disconnecting after every 20-30 mins. TV has only 30 local channels and no satellite connection. The reception was empty when we arrived there. Waited for 15 mins before we decided to go into the restaurant and ask an employee to help us finding someone. Breakfast is only decent. Lots of variety but quality is average. Coffee is only available on self service machines, hence could not get a barista made coffee in the whole hotel. The pool area is good with the bar next to it providing good cocktails. The room on lower floors which was originally offered to us smells of pool water (chlorine I guess) but we were moved to 6th floor after being asked to, which was nice. House keeping is good, they ironed the requested clothes on time but they do not provide an iron for the room and instead you have to come down yourself and iron your clothes in their iron room. Inside bar staff is a bit rude and not bothered. Casino owned by the hotel is not a casino and is mom operative anyways. Close to all good restaurants and taxi stand and bus station, so very convenient. Overall, if I go bank to Bulgaria, I would not stay in the same hotel.

Best Price/Quality rate on Sunny Beach

Really nice hotel with good Price/Quality ratio. Only bad thing in this hotel is the elevators. Those are small and really slow

Exceptional service and stay

From check in to check out the service was exceptional. Little touches like a birthday fizz and fruit platter were very much appreciated. We had our gorgeous Labrador dog with us and the hotel even made him feel special! No restrictions for doggies in most areas of the hotel. Super friendly and a great hotel. Would definitely go back.
