The host was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for any more. Apartment was well equipped and considering being in the middle of all the bars and clubs was very well sound insulated. I would recommend to family’s that this is in the middle of a busy nightlife part of Liverpool so may not be suitable for young children. But workers/couples or friends it’s absolutely ideal for being in the centre. Thank you so much :)

Cheap price for a room for the night but the rooms are in quite poor repair and are in desperate need of refurbishment.
There are areas of widespread damage on the walls especially in the bathroom and the shower drains incredibly slowly.
The doors bang when they shut so if you have late returning neighbours that may wake you and while there is a chain on the door, there's not a double lock which I don't personally like.
That all said, the bed was comfortable and the price was low. For the area you would struggle to get cheaper and it's under 20 minutes from Manchester Airport.
There is a lot of free parking outside. Make sure you register your car on arrival to avoid a later fine.

Located in amazing location. Close to everything. Very clean and the room was beautiful. Would definitely recommend and stay here again! Staff were friendly. Wifi was great.

I have visited UStay apartments previously and it didn’t disappoint 2nd time around. Everything you need is in a nearby location, whether that be a shopping trip or going for the night life, every thing is nearby. The apartments were very clean and well looked after.

"We had a good stay at the mill hotel and spa. Customer service in all parts of hotel were exceptional. Breakfast was lovely. Parking was great for extra £12 per night. We didn’t use the spa facilities but will do on our return. Easy walk into Chester and easy access out."
