"The front desk guy wasn't very helpful with requests ... we asked for a luggage rack and he said the hotel didnt have those. However, my friends room had one. Also, we had to request new sheets because there were blood stains on one of the beds. On the plus side, the staff was very speedy in bringing requested items - toothbrush, toothpaste and sheets."

"Beautiful new hotel downtown. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing that wasn’t ideal was that the sofa bed wasn’t prepared for sleeping and we had to go chase a duvet to the reception. Some hotels seem to be able to do it, some not. Having beds ready for 3 people as indicated on the booking form is something we always appreciate when traveling with a child and arriving tired after a long trip. But otherwise no notes. The breakfast was great and staff wonderful."

"Traveling with my family and needed to stay for the night to break up the drive. Stayed here to and from on our drive. First night was over all good. We picked it based off the affordable price, customer rating, pet friendliness and the price to bring a pet for a night. Way home when we stayed it was a Friday and there were some loud people in the hall at midnight and again at 4am when we were getting ready to get back on the road. Considering we didn’t get much time to sleep being awoken at midnight by I’m guess drunk people isn’t ideal and if we wanted to sleep in having some in the hall at 4am wouldn’t be great either. That’s not technically the hotels fault but all hotels in general could benefit from some better sound proofing. Room had what looked like tomato sauce spots on the chair arm and it could easily have been cleaned off and was missed. We didn’t stay long enough for much else to review. "

"The staff was friendly and the room was clean! The pool area was the best we have stayed at and the fact that the bar and casino can both be access Just down from our room was perfect. The food was good and the atmosphere was better! "

"Firstly, the staff were absolutely friendly which made the stay very welcoming. The hotel is new so very clean. I need the brand to those pillows! The pool goes up to 6ft! The water was perfect temperature and I don't usually get in the hotel hot tubs, however, there was no denying this one. I am so glad we chose this hotel for our stay. "

"They started charging $9 per day to park. Crazy charge considering restaurant on site. Never even asked me about a car just added it to the daily room charge plus tax. Scam of a hidden fee my opnion"
