Blaring alarm in the lobby when we arrived. They couldn’t get it to stop. First room we were given the door was stuck and would not close. It was hanging crooked on hinges. Had to ask for another room. That one was better, but had no hairdryer and a fridge that was left unplugged so took hours to cool.
The entire property was in a transitional state with old wallpaper coming off and prior cheap paneling and counters still in use. Not as much as a bottle of water in the room. Loud “jazz band” in the lobby creating noise that could be heard throughout hotel. Overall a very strange, disappointing stay.

We’ve stayed here several times and really enjoy it!
One small issue we got there early for a ballgame and I asked to check in early (which I understand) I asked can I at least do my paperwork was told NO again !
This person was very snarky with me about it, and while I understand you were busy the day before and rooms need cleaned her attitude with me was quite unnecessary!
Other than than we had a wonderful time!
