"This is my second time staying at this hotel due to having an extremely early international flight. It works for a place to sleep and shower. If you’re expecting a clean place to relax this isn’t the hotel for you. If you just need something close to the airport for a few hours of sleep it’s perfect. The bathrooms don’t seem to get cleaned at all, and neither do the floors so bring house shoes. "

"I had an issue with check in and the bathroom shower. At check in, my card was charged 3x’s and an unnecessary fee was added. We stayed in a loft room and when you took a shower, the tub was filling up like a bath at the same time. Price & location was good. Not sure if I’ll stay there in the future."

"We were just staying overnight prior to catching a flight early the next morning. When I got to the hotel, I was told how to sign up for parking, but it said that no short-term parking was available on their lot. In a panic, I asked the girl at the front desk what I could do to secure parking. She had me sign a form that allowed me to park on their lot without having to go through the parking website. What a relief!! I didn't know what I was going to do if I couldn't park on the hotel's parking lot. Then when coming back from our trip, we were told the shuttle didn't run after midnight, but that the hotel pays for the Lyft service to pick us up. Again...what a great service. I had searched through all the Columbus hotels to ensure that I would have shuttle service & had called this hotel 3x to verify their shuttle service was 24 hours. So, when I was coming back from my trip, I was surprised to hear that the shuttle service ended at midnight. Again, relief came when they sent a Lyft driver that was at the airport within 5-7 mins."

"My review...5 stars We had such a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Every detail was thoughtfully put together, making it feel welcoming and relaxing from the moment we arrived. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and communication effortless. The location was also perfect and convenient for everything we had planned, OSU Graduation!!We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay!Thank you for accommodating my family!!"

"nice place, clean, comfortable bed. problem was guest arrived in adjoining room at 230am and for the next hour and a half banged on walls turned on television so loud it could be heard in my room spilled what sounded like a jar of marbles on floor. in summary she was totally inconsiderate of anyone but herself. I gave up at 4am and checked out. I realize the hotel can not control inconsiderate people but at the same time I got very little rest which made the stay unpleasant at best."
