"I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I booked it due to the price being quite a bit lower compared to others. But the staff was very friendly, the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable! The man working the breakfast buffet was wonderful also! I would definitely stay here again!"

"Upon arrival, the staff did not have rooms available for check in. The next morning at 9:06 a.m. a house cleaner opened our room door to ask us when we were checking out! No knock…just used the master key card to enter as she pleased. By the way, check out is at Noon…something she should have known!"

"The house is gorgeous and very nice all around. But we did have issues and while the host was very responsive in communicating, they were aware of preexisting problems and did not have those resolved prior to us checking in. - AC did not work upstairs for first day and a half. Immediately after checking in, it was clear the AC wasn’t working but the host kept telling us to be patient and that it would cool down. He was clearly just trying to push it late enough to not have a technician come after-hours. When the technicians arrived the next day, they told us they’d been just a few weeks prior and the issues weren’t resolved. The host did not offer any partial refund or anything to compensate for the issues for 1 of our 2 nights sleeping in a very hot house. - Fruit flies everywhere- Towels too small- Bedroom light flickers- Door handle to backyard fell off (we fixed it)- Water leaking from ceiling on second floor from the AC unit. - All of the “shampoo” and “body soap” dispensers were filled with hand soap"

"We were just staying overnight prior to catching a flight early the next morning. When I got to the hotel, I was told how to sign up for parking, but it said that no short-term parking was available on their lot. In a panic, I asked the girl at the front desk what I could do to secure parking. She had me sign a form that allowed me to park on their lot without having to go through the parking website. What a relief!! I didn't know what I was going to do if I couldn't park on the hotel's parking lot. Then when coming back from our trip, we were told the shuttle didn't run after midnight, but that the hotel pays for the Lyft service to pick us up. Again...what a great service. I had searched through all the Columbus hotels to ensure that I would have shuttle service & had called this hotel 3x to verify their shuttle service was 24 hours. So, when I was coming back from my trip, I was surprised to hear that the shuttle service ended at midnight. Again, relief came when they sent a Lyft driver that was at the airport within 5-7 mins."
