I did not anticipate dirty windows on the inside of the panes, a hole in the bottom sheet, a very worn and uncomfortable chair, no extra blanket in the cold room, a desk chair that was almost impossible to move, very dim lighting limiting the ability to read, necessary information in an unlabeled book on the desk, info in that book suggested...

« Room was next to an exit door that it slammed every time someone used it and made horrible noise all night. Not a good Maintained door. Also, the room door was hard to open. Bathroom not so clean, caulking was old and water seal on shower door was leaking out when using the shower. »
