Our experience can only be translated in one multilingual word WOW This have been my 3 rd visit to Venezia myself and i have not experienced this type of service , quality and wow factor . The establishment , its history and location was only the beginning of our Wow factor. "The staff was amazing but the one drawback was the location. It was hard to get to by foot from the train station- almost off the beaten track. It looks like it’s right next door on the map but you have to go all the way around and across a boulevard. A car would’ve made a big difference."
