Overall, this hotel has everything you really need. It’s in a fairly quiet area, the breakfast was good (though they serve the same menu every day, which can get repetitive), and the room was comfortable. If you have a rental car, there’s a parking garage conveniently located across the street.
The staff were polite and friendly, and overall, I’d recommend staying here.
