« I will start this by saying we did speak to Evolve and we were reimbursed 10% of our stay. I still feel we paid more than what we got- as we’ve stayed other places and have a baseline of expectations. There were not Adirondack chairs as pictured- no fire pit chairs at all. The outdoor space was not cleaned (nothing a little powerwash won’t fix). Deck furniture covered in dust/pollen. At the time of our reservation it was listed as having a charcoal grill.
