8.8/10 Excellent! (1,904 reviews)
There is no transport to the airport before 7:00 a.m., which we counted on. However, we felt we could leave our car and order a cab. Long story, short,… NO. We didn’t have the right reservation. The person who checked us in, wasn’t helpful to us. Just kept telling us she couldn’t do something.
I questioned the condition of the sheets, which were very wrinkled. Found two bugs crawling around the floor. Flush one then save the second one later and pointed it out to the person at the desk when we left. The bathroom floor wasn’t clean by anyone standards neither was the elevator floor. The covering on the elevator doors over the stainless steel was all peeling off.
Years ago, we had stayed there for a trip and none of this was evident. There will never be another time we stay.
