« Overall a very nice facility. The numbering layout of the parking garage can be vastly improved, starting with putting the building name clearly marked “in” the garage. Otherwise a very clean resort with many amenities. Only complaint is how far I had to walk to use the indoor pool and weight room. »

« Overall it was a good stay. The location is fabulous and the apartment was very cute. The host as really helpful even when we lockwd ourselves out, The place was pretty clean although we spotted a bug or two. My main comment is that I underestimated how much of a truly basement apartment this is. Complete w the musty smell. They did everything possible to dehumidify and filter the air but it was still quite musty. And there’s no real outdoor space w this unit which was disappointing. »

« Sara’s responses were prompt. She’s an excellent host. Very understanding, kind, an extremely nice person. The unit was exceptionally clean. However, the noise coming from other residents was frustrating! The units exhaust fans was used to ground out noise coming from the 2nd floor unit. This was reported twice to Ms. Sara. And promptly she went to the HOA. Ms. Sara did her job as an host. The HOA failed on their end. And apparently let it go! Because from that point the noise increased! All...

« Very clean new 1 room apartment. Host is very helpful and texts & communicated via VRBO platform. Has a dedicated covered parking. Unit is 1 floor above ground level. Small Kitchener, coffee machine, microwave, Airconditioning, fan available. Bathroom is sparky clean. King bed was very comfortable. We tried the sofa pull out bed - may be OK for small kids. Not comfortable for adults. 0.3 miles which is 6 minutes to the beach by walk. Very convenient. No swimming pool access which belongs to...

« Hello. The overall property was nice. The layout, decor, and furniture. However, the unit was not properly cleaned. The washing machine had what looked like dirt inside around the seal and door. There was dirt and crumbs all around the baseboards in the kitchen and throughout the property. The stove and backsplash was not throughly cleaned. The racks inside the refrigerator and freezer are rusting. There were two dead birds laying on the back porch. There were stains on the rugs in the bathroom...
