Our room was in a small one room circular building amongst a similar group, with its own outside seating area. Food was good and amenities good. It seemed good for children and almost all the other guests were families with children. There seemed to be a lot of entertainment for children. Instead when we arrived we found that the room type we booked didn’t match the photos. The photos were of a superior room. Gabriella at reception was very helpful and apologetic and explained that the photos on Expedia were wrong. There was a blame game between Expedia and the Hotel. The hotel insisted that Expedia uploaded the photos. "They have the best staff. Very helpful with whatever you need. Large room with balcony and beautiful view. The restaurant on the hotel ground is wonderful. The whole staff made sure ee got exactly what we wanted and the way we wanted it. Domenico was especially attentive. We loved our meals there, and were sad to leave the Hotel."

"Very clean, grounds are very nice, servers for breakfast very good. The hotel decor is outdated. For such a beautiful resort, they could use some improvements: poor wifi in room, improve room AC, pool was not available because of parties, no towels available for beach, parking could be improved for hotel guests especially when parties take over parking lot."

"Für drei Erwachsene war das Zimmer sehr klein und entsprechend überteuert. Sonst ok, im oberen Stock eines Hauses modernisiert und mit hübscher Dachterrasse. Das Treppenhaus und der Hauseingang dagegen seit Ewigkeiten nicht gereinigt und sehr verschmutzt. Frühstück? Naja, italienisch halt: Kaffee und pro Nase ein cornetto und etwas abgepacktes süßes Zeug. Wenig Auskunftsfreudigkeit der Wirtin, die den Kaffee brachte und das Zimmer machte. "
