Spacious pet friendly, two bedroom single level cottage on Bluff Hill. Own entrance, off street parking and a private sunny back courtyard. The perfect location for exploring Hawke's Bay's attractions.
Completely self contained and within easy walking distance to Marine Parade with all it has to offer, local swim safe beach and an array of cafes and eateries. A local mini market close by, pizza and fish and chips within walking distance. Please note that a pet fee is charged per stay.

Wonderful Property
Couldn't ask for a better property and owners. Property was immaculate and had everything you would require except for a clothes dryer. The owner also provided a lot of extras which was very thoughtful and generous.

Best rental ever!
We stayed at Didi’s place for a month and wished we never had to leave. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home, but better. We felt cocooned in comfort and thoughtful details to make our stay the best it could be. The decor is beautiful, furniture and beds comfy, backyard a cozy oasis of greenery, and kitchen and bathroom thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need. And it smells good! We would love to return!

Five stars doesn't do it justice
We were here as a family - one teenager and two dogs. Travelling with dogs can be restrictive, but Didi"s Place went above and beyond. Not only was the place scrupulously clean and tidy but there were so many thoughtful touches. From the coffee tuned to our tastes, to the emergency supplies drawer. When it came to the dogs there were two beds (sized to our pets), bowls, and pickup bags all provided. The (human) bed was super comfortable and everything was exactly as claimed. To top it off, the original features are intact and the furnishings all reflect or complement the deco period nicely. If we're back to Napier, we will 100% try to book Didi's place!

Awesome Property - Get that little Extra
This was an awesome property with a nice outdoor area and important for summer air-conditioning, There was a dog bed and bowls for the dog and also a few extra treats left for the adults. There was nothing bad I could say about this property will definitely be back

Napier Gem
A great little unit that is comfortable and practical. We enjoyed our two night stay and made the most of its proximty to the heart of Napier Marine Parade and CBD. Off-street parking for two cars was a bonus and the street it is located on is not as busy as I had anticipated. For anyone who likes to cook, the kitched has pretty much all the equipment you require. While our stay was relatively short, I can easily imagine longer stays. Thank you Didi for making this property available. I will be looking to include it as part of future excursions to the Bay.

Such a great place, a home away from home. The host has thought of everything and is so accommodating, all the little things they've thought of to make us feel at home. Perfect location, it's on a busy (ish) road but with a bus stop right outside, and an easy walk down to the city centre. And a new fish n chip shop a few houses down (yum!!), with a superette too. This wee place made for a perfect getaway for two friends taking a break for a few days, thanks again.

Wonderful accommodation, location and facilities
We loved it the minute we walked in. All bed linen and towels were of excellent quality. Our little dog was well catered for and there were lovely touches like peanut slabs, good quality coffee and pet bowls for our little dog.
