Twin Cave House - Oia

Twin Cave House is a recently renovated authentic cave house, partly carved in the volcanic rock face. It is located in Oia, on the cliff peak close to the Venetian castle, where everybody gathers to watch Oia’s famous sunset. Due to its unique location, Twin Cave House offers breathtaking views of the caldera and the volcanoes and is only a 2 minutes walk away from Oia’s main street, where all the restaurants and shops are situated.

The cave house consists of two adjacent rooms, each one with its own entrance, but also with an interconnecting door. The first room features a double bed, a basic kitchenette and an en-suite bathroom. The second room is more spacious and offers a fully equipped kitchen, a dining/living area and an en-suite bathroom . The room also features an open loft with a double bed. Furthermore, the couch can be prepared as a single bed in order to sleep a fifth guest. Both rooms' doors lead onto the house's idyllic terrace that overlooks the endless blue of the dazzling caldera. Twin Cave House can comfortably host two couples, while offering them privacy, but is also ideal for families, or groups of friends.

The house offers daily housekeeping service.

The village of Oia is a traditional settlement and it is entirely pedestrian. The village offers a great variety of restaurants, shops, mini markets etc. Within the village, everything is in walking distance. You can explore the rest of the island either by car, bus, taxis or organised tours. There are public parking areas at the entrance of the village, but take into consideration that during high season parking can be challenging.

Amazing cave house!

This house was in the best location and extremely nice! Nicoletta and her team were awesome in accommodating us transportation around the island and were very responsive when needed. Would recommend this house if traveling with a family or group of friends!!

Best choice of Oia location

We loved our stay in the Twin Cave Home! It was right in the heart of Oia and was close to everything we wanted. After visiting Fira, we were so glad we stayed in Oia and this home was very authentic and worked well for us. The hostess was very helpful and responsive. She really helped us with transfers while on the island. The company she referred us to was wonderful as well!

Santorini is a beautiful place and Oia was a great place to stay. The Twin Caves was in the middle of the best location. Beautiful views off the patio and cute small rooms with everything we needed. Communication with the host was perfect and we were well taken care of.

I own 3 Vrbo properties in the States and this property was ideal and I couldn’t have asked for more. Nicoletta, the owner, answered all questions in a very timely manner and has a great team in place from housekeeping to personalized guides. Our guide Chris was excellent and so much fun! Everything about our experience with Nicoletta and her team was outstanding!!! Highly recommend this wonderful spot!! Great location on the Caldera and easy to walk everywhere in OIA! The restaurants, sailing, etc all made our trip wonderful from Nicoletta! The transportation from the airport was easy and great! The ferry transportation was seamless! We would return with out doubt. It was living with the locals and the cave house was so amazing!!! Comfortable beds, showers and great bathing products! Incredible experience and we thank you!!!

If you want to truly experience the charm that Oia and the island of Santorini has do not hesitate to book this beautiful home. Absolutely wonderful!

This property has charm, comfort, and a prime location. My husband, daughter, and I stayed here for three nights. It's steps from the pedestrian walkway through Oia with restaurants, shops, sunsets, and everything you could want. The sunset and moon views are spectacular. I highly recommend this beautiful home and hope to return some day.

Our stay at the twin cave home was exceptional. Nicoletta couldn’t have been more helpful- and Alexandra as well! She took care of everything for us and all went so smoothly. Sweet Cave House

We are a family of 4 adults (including 2 adult children) and had a wonderful stay at the Twin Cave House. The space was perfect for parents to have separate bedroom/bathroom and each of the kids to have their own sleeping area. Location was excellent—in the heart of everything yet quiet. Nicoletta arranged our transfers and porters to carry our luggage. She was also very responsive to any questions. AC worked great, which was a definite plus in July!

Lovely Cave House

Property was beautifully situated among the cave houses on the side of the cliff - great views, easy access to streets of Oia. The property manager and his assistants were very accommodating in carrying our luggage down the steep steps and back up the hill at the end of our visit. Views from Oia are magical!
